Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Solution Consultant to join our APAC team. As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of People Analytics solutions, working closely with the Account Executive to evangelize and articulate the value of our solutions to prospective buyers.
This is a remote role based in Sydney or Melbourne, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes its employees' growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- In partnership with the sales team, conduct discovery sessions to understand clients' pain points, current applications, and data landscapes.
- Educate clients on Visier's differentiation and value proposition compared to traditional reporting & BI solutions, homegrown systems, competitor offerings, or Core HR systems.
- Create tailored demo content aligned with clients' needs.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and demos showcasing how Visier solutions can meet clients' requirements and transform their organizations.
- Ensure seamless communication of clients' requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team.
- Develop solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
- Become a subject matter expert on Visier solutions, understanding how we address various analytics use cases.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in general people analytics or a specific field like employee engagement analytics, talent acquisition analytics, etc.
- At least 8 years of experience as a pre-sales solution consultant or a similar field-based customer-facing position.
- Some background experience in business intelligence and/or data warehousing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and C-level audiences.
- Able to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
- Comfortable working with and presenting to senior and C-level audiences.
- Strong initiative and self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
- You embody our values: rolling up your sleeves, making it easy, being proud, never stopping learning, and playing to win.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
