As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw people data into actionable insights that support strategic business decision-making. You will develop and implement data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting, creating, maintaining, and optimizing various reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing visually compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Presenting data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
  • Continuously improving reporting and visualization methods to meet business needs.
  • Planning, executing, and analyzing employee surveys to gauge employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
  • Developing and implementing survey methodologies and tools to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Desirable proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data extraction and query development.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including report creation and optimization.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
