The Opportunity

This exciting role involves assessing vehicle damage and restoring them to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the most effective restoration method for each vehicle.
  • Maintain and use the chassis crush properly.
  • Treat company equipment with respect.
  • Inform the Parts Interpreter of additional parts required.
  • Coordinate with other workers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Notify of any product shortages affecting production.
  • Review daily schedules to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified with expertise in metal fabrication.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise.
  • Mechanical knowledge to assist in tool usage and maintenance.
  • Aptitude for technical activities.
