Technical Expertise:

The key to success in this role lies in providing expert technical support to our APAC Solar and Storage Operations and Maintenance department. An experienced Technical Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong safety mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in Solar PV O&M. They will be tasked with providing remote and on-site technical support, developing operational documentation, and fostering collaboration across regions and departments.


The successful candidate will also have a coaching mentality, skilled in training and upskilling others, and experience with central inverters, SCADA, data monitoring, and HV switchgear. They will be proficient in IT for report writing and documentation and have a good understanding of APAC Health & Safety legislation and solar PV & BESS technologies.
