Job Description

The role of a Senior Lawyer involves providing high-quality legal services for Litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pursue and defend cases in court, representing the government and its authorities.
  2. Advise on litigation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Analyze complex legal issues, providing expert opinions and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with other lawyers and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a lawyer, preferably in Litigation.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

A deep understanding of Australian law and procedures, particularly in relation to Litigation.

Proven track record of success in court, with a strong focus on results-driven outcomes.
