About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our team at Stockland's Sydney Head Office location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely analysis and reporting to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks within our portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain financial and forecast valuation models to inform our decision-making process.
  • Calculate investment returns to evaluate financial performance across our portfolio.
  • Analyse budgets and 10-year forecasts to identify areas of concern or improvement.
  • Perform analysis for major lease deals.
  • Assist in the preparation of Strategic Asset Plans.
  • Assess the impact of large capital expenditure projects on financial returns and valuation to support our strategic direction.
  • Collaborate across the business to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes.
  • Influence management decision-making through clear communication of analysis.
About You
  • Property/Land Economics degree preferred.
  • 3+ years post-graduation experience within a major agency or institution.
  • Experience in analytical focussed roles in property, with retail experience being highly regarded.
  • Experience in property valuation background within a major agency or institution.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Excel.
