About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our team at Insignia Financial. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and implementing investment transitions and restructures across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support investment transition activity, including registry, investment systems, general ledger, and external custodian.
  • Liaise with key finance stakeholders on transformational change.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule implementation tasks to minimize risk and costs.
  • End-to-end investment operational management, from funding to financial reporting.
  • Proactively support an effective and cooperative relationship across all teams.
  • Ensure successful completion of transition activity with no incidents, breaches, or adverse impacts.
  • Create procedure documents and cross-train colleagues.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in investment and finance operations, with a focus on transitional activity or change management.
  • Degree in finance or accounting.
  • Understanding of investment fund structures.
  • Knowledge of investment systems, such as Hiport, Unison, and Pcontrol.
  • Proficiency in Visio, Miro, Jira, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with project management, analysis, documentation, and business requirements.
  • Effective planning and time management to meet key deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and excel in interpersonal and stakeholder management.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, proactive ownership, and accountability.
