Simulation Systems Specialist
Our Simulation team delivers high-quality products and services to Defence and Civil customers in Australia. As a key member, you will partner with our customers and stakeholders to operate and maintain simulator devices within the facility.
The role involves operating and maintaining simulators, performing corrective maintenance, maintaining tools and test equipment, and ensuring equipment is calibrated.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and maintaining simulators;
- Performing corrective maintenance;
- Maintaining tools and test equipment;
- Ensuring equipment is calibrated;
- Maintaining records and documentation;
- Acting as a Self-Certifying Maintainer (SCM) when authorised;
- Utilising spares to repair simulators to meet contracted availability requirements.
A strong customer relationship, sound interpersonal skills and ability to work on a shift pattern are essential for this role. You must also hold a current Driver's Licence and be eligible or hold Australian Defence Security Clearance - NV1.
