Senior Infrastructure Manager

This role requires a seasoned expert in delivering infrastructure projects with a focus on roads and highways.


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead project teams, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand our capabilities in the region.


  • Develop and implement plans to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects within budget and timelines.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive positive change and win new work.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in road and highway design and project management.
  • Knowledge of the NT/QLD market space and business development skills.
  • Excellent project management and technical skills, including administrative, commercial, and technical aspects.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally for business purposes.
