**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and serve signature cocktails using our premium spirits and ingredients
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall guest experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience working in a busy bar or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a calm demeanor
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Current NSW RSA certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
