About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mixology Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays, and possess previous Cocktail/Bar experience with good wine knowledge, mixology and barista expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Mix and serve drinks and food items to tables, ensuring exceptional service to all guests.
- Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests, maximising sales opportunities by upselling items, and promoting a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practises.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Previous Cocktail/Bar experience with good wine knowledge, mixology and barista expertise.
