About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Healthscope. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in an acute surgical environment
- Supervise and guide nursing team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Act as a role model for safe practice and continuous improvement
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute surgical environment
- Current Registration with AHPRA and compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Post-graduate certificate or working towards in a relevant specialty (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
