Job Title:

Aged Care Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled Aged Care Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatments to improve patient outcomes. They will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and participate in education and training programs to maintain their skills and knowledge.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or aged care setting.
