This is a critical role that encompasses a wide range of tasks focused on patient care, safety & education.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and provide individualized care to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or aged care setting.
- Accrued Day Off each month (ADO)
- Paid Parental Leave & Annual Leave loading
