We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and site staff;
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets;
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget;
- Coordinate and manage site activities, including construction, installation, and testing;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
- Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring they are identified and addressed in a timely manner;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders;
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders;
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Extensive experience in construction project management;
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in project management software and tools;
