Global Payroll Specialist

Job Overview:
Payroll ManagerThis role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes globally, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll processing, reporting, administration, compliance, legislation, and PAYG for a large number of employees.
- Drive and oversee the payroll process independently while collaborating with an offshore team.
- Respond to payroll-related queries and participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
An experienced payroll professional with a stable work history, full Australian payroll experience (5+ years), excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service ethos is required.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Preferable experience in multi-site sectors such as retail or hospitality, although not essential for the right candidate.
