Job Title: Event Operations Manager

Crown Resorts is a world-renowned destination for luxury and excellence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Event Operations Manager to lead our dynamic operations team and ensure the flawless delivery of premium events across our iconic venue.

About the Role:
The most senior operational leader on the floor, the Event Operations Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of all events and conferences. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver five-star service, manage logistics, and ensure every detail aligns with Crown's exceptional standards.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the events operations team to deliver exceptional service across corporate, social, and internal events.
• Oversee event logistics, staffing, floor plans, and service delivery to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in service standards, team performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Crown policies, safety standards, and relevant legislation.

About You:
We are looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior event operations role, preferably within a high-end hospitality or upscale service environment. Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team are essential. Strong operational knowledge of food & beverage service and event planning is also required. Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities are necessary for success in this role. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and attention to detail is a must.
