Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, preparing financial statements, and providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of staff to maintain a high standard of work
  • Prepare year-end financial statements, periodic tax returns, and monthly management reporting for a diverse group of clients
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to enable junior team members to achieve goals and targets sustainably
  • Manage a book of clients from start to finish
  • Prepare Financial Accounts, Income Tax Returns, and Business Activity Statements for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships
  • Assist the Director in managing existing client relationships
  • Drive technology solutions to maximise efficiency
