**About the Position**

The responsibilities of this varied and vital role enable us to deliver exceptional customer service every day. The Operations Administrator plays a crucial part in the afternoon shift, handling general administration and office duties.

The key tasks include:

  • General administration and office duties
  • Controlling agent & outside hire administration, ensuring all compliance & inquiries are handled
  • A high level of attention to detail is required
  • Data entry skills are essential
  • Reporting on weekly service quality KPIs
  • Providing high-level customer service to internal and external clients
  • Performing any other related task as directed by the Manager
  • Ensuring compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods, and Environmental legislation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and systems

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You should be self-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
  • Transport industry experience is advantageous
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office (in particular Excel - generating and running reports)
  • Supply management/accounts/payroll experience is desirable
