Job Title

A Customer Success Facilitator will lead engaging group activities and facilitate one-on-one interactions with residents and patients to enhance their experience with Abi, the companion robot.

This role involves working closely with technology to foster genuine human connections and promoting the potential of companion robotics in aged care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead interactive and cognitive exercises with Abi to stimulate social responses.
  • Conduct One-on-One Interactions: Enhance residents' and patients' experiences with personalized conversations.
  • Working with Technology: Facilitate Abi's empathetic purpose and champion its adoption in aged care.
  • Monitor and Adapt: Assess participants' needs and adapt activities to suit individual preferences and abilities.
  • Manage Session Logistics: Ensure sessions start and end on time, communicate effectively, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent People Skills: Ability to connect with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Public Speaking: Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking in front of groups.
  • Genuine Interest in Technology: Comfortable working around technology and enthusiastic about its applications in healthcare.
  • Extroverted and Energetic: Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with others and bringing energy to sessions.
  • Caring Attitude and Community Focus: Desire to give back to the community and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for residents and patients.
  • Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive to different locations as needed.
  • Preferred Qualification: Psychology, anthropology, social work, or related fields.
