WHS Compliance Manager Role Summary

This leadership role is focused on providing strategic oversight and guidance to the compliance team, ensuring seamless vendor onboarding and ongoing management of WHS standards across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership support and training to compliance team members
  • Conduct regular safety and compliance inspections, review SWMS and monitor corrective activities
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness requirements, test & tag/ergonomic checks and facilitate WHS induction and training
  • Develop and execute the WHS annual safety plan, coordinate reporting requirements and provide guidance for WHS committees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a thorough understanding of WHS Act and Standards, strong organisational skills, innovative thinking and excellent communication skills.
