WHS Compliance Role

This is a critical position responsible for leading the compliance team and ensuring vendors adhere to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of WHS regulations, including policy development and implementation. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key responsibilities include facilitating vendor compliance, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining records. Additionally, this role involves training and guiding colleagues on WHS matters and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective WHS management systems, policies, and procedures
  • Lead the compliance team in achieving WHS goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and monitor corrective actions to prevent incidents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
