Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, AU. This role involves providing timely creation, maintenance, and delivery of product documentation, registration, and compliance information internally and externally.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing guidance and recommendations to the Sales and Technical teams on compliance queries.
  • Managing external product registration and certification, including Halal, Kosher, and TGA.
  • Updating regulatory databases with data from suppliers, associations, customers, and legislation.
  • Capturing, prioritizing, and tracking requests from internal stakeholders and affiliate sites.
  • Responding to product, compliance, regulatory, and information queries from customers in a timely manner.
  • Completing customer-specific questionnaires and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or related discipline and several years of experience in providing regulatory and compliance information in food or beverage in Australia or New Zealand.
