This position sits within our Marketing team and reports to the Manager, Corporate Affairs & Communications.

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies and content.
  • Telling the story of our products, people, and purpose.
  • Enhancing our reputation and brand value.
  • Strengthening employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of passionate communications professionals.
  • Creating strategic communication plans.
  • Crafting compelling storytelling content across internal and external communications.
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting corporate publications, events, PR responses, intranet, and digital platforms.

  • Strong experience in delivering integrated internal and external communications strategies.

  • High emotional intelligence and confidence advising senior leaders.

Requirements
  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6-10+ years' experience in a mid-to-senior level communications role.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across formats.
  • Strong capability in digital and integrated communications strategy and execution.
