Spacecraft AIT Lead Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) professional to lead our team in designing, testing, and qualifying spacecraft systems.

  • Ensure the implementation of NASA and/or ECSS standards for spacecraft reliability;
  • Plan, execute, and report on tests, qualifications, and verifications of space hardware;
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineering to develop testing and verification programs;
  • Lead multi-disciplinary design teams to meet project specifications and objectives;

To succeed in this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to achieve well-tested spacecraft. Relevant experience in mechanical CAD and analysis, as well as electronics or software, is highly desirable. A degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5+ years of experience in the space industry are required. The ability to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance is beneficial but not essential.
