Educator Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Educators to provide high-quality care and education to children in a busy and supportive environment. When families need more time outside of school hours, our centre provides an engaging program that is fun, safe and rewarding for students from kindergarten to Year 6.

Program Overview

Our thoughtfully planned programs are designed to enhance many of the skills your child learns at school along with their life skills, while keeping them engaged and entertained. We operate:

  • Before School Care 6:30-9am
  • After School Care 2:30-6pm
  • Vacation Care 7am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Casual Educator, you will be responsible for providing quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework. Your work may include:

  • Supervising children and ensuring their safety
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the children
  • Participating in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre

Requirements

We're looking for people who are passionate about working with all age groups. You should have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework - My Time Our Place and the National Quality Framework. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members.
