About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advice Technology Support Analyst to join our team at Rest. As a key member of our Advice Technology team, you will provide technical expertise and support for all advice systems, including troubleshooting and escalations of IT issues, new starter set up requests, and maintenance of user guides and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support for all advice systems, including troubleshooting and escalations of IT issues, new starter set up requests, and maintenance of user guides and training materials.
  • Work closely with the Digital Advice team to ensure any new training or system updates are understood and resources updated accordingly.
  • Support the Advice and Retirement teams by identifying and recommending improvements in processes to provide quality services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Provide Quality Assurance/Risk and Compliance support to the Advice Services team by completing set control plans, providing reporting, and assisting with remediation activities.

Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary or technical qualifications.
  • RG 146 in superannuation preferred but not essential.
  • Strong experience in supporting IT applications in a complex, integrated, technical environment.
  • Strong data and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analysis, problem-solving, and influencing skills at all levels.
