Job Overview

We are Internetwork Expert, a leading hospitality operator in remote areas. Our goal is to provide exceptional dining experiences in our renowned establishments.

We focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy high-quality cuisine and exceptional wine selection. Our team is committed to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Sommelier or Sommelier. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the wine list in collaboration with the Bar Manager and chefs.
  • Provide exceptional knowledge and guidance to guests regarding wine selections.
  • Recommend food and wine pairings that enhance the dining experience.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and manage the wine cellar efficiently.
  • Ensure that wines are served at the correct temperature and in appropriate glassware.
  • Organize wine tasting events and promotions to engage guests.
  • Train and educate bar and wait staff about the wine offerings.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations surrounding the service of alcoholic beverages.
