We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide high-quality support services for individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be working with participants who require support in home care, focusing on psychosocial behavior.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist participants with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility support.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of participants, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to participants and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with psychosocial behavioral challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid Certification (required).
- Working with Children Check (required).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required).
- National Police Certificate (required).
- Driver Licence (required).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology).
- Experience working with older adults or people with disabilities.
