Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will serve as an HR Advisor, providing strategic guidance to leaders on performance management, case handling, and operational support. This critical position plays a key part in implementing innovative HR initiatives.

As an integral member of the HR team, you will work closely with colleagues across Australia and New Zealand to deliver exceptional HR services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR matters, including performance management, industrial relations/employee relations advice, award and agreement interpretation.
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve complex employee issues, including employee disputes lodged with relevant authorities.
  • Support annual employee voices, communication processes, and development of action planning.
  • Identify training needs, competency gaps, and recommend strategies for upskilling.
  • Provide project management support for local, regional, and global HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Business or HR-related discipline.
  • Have practical working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused, with adaptability and commitment to excellence.
  • Conceptual thinking ability to identify solutions to complex business challenges.
