Exceptional Patient Care Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality care to patients in our Special Care Nursery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering patient-centered care. They will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient and newborn care.
- Developing effective communication strategies to promote collaboration among healthcare professionals and families.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records to ensure continuity of care.
- Providing exceptional nursing care that prioritizes patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in neonatal nursing, preferably in a level 2 nursery setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
