We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with older adults, providing high-standard clinical care with an individualized approach.
- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with peers to maintain a cooperative team environment.
- Ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and residents by adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Deliver personalized nursing care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes.
You will require:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage complex health issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
