**Project Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our project team as a Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve coordinating various administrative tasks including:

  • Accruals management, ensuring accurate financial reporting by verifying costs and accruals;
  • Purchase Orders, coding, and receipting of invoices/dockets within our Viewpoint system;
  • Maintaining files and records, online ordering;
  • Working closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs smoothly;
  • Data entry, administration, and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Project/Site Administrator, preferably in a construction environment;
  • Experience with Procurement;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Able to meet deadlines with competing priorities;
  • Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar.
