Job Title: Local Pud Driver

Overview:

At Lindsay Transport, we are seeking an experienced MC driver to join our Adelaide team on day shift. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading transportation companies and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses meet their transport needs.

Lindsay Transport delivers temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres as part of the Lindsay Group. We connect regional communities with key markets across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and timely handling of temperature-sensitive freight.
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with depot teams for loading, unloading, and transportation of freight.
  • Complete relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation, and delivery of paperwork.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current and valid MC licence.
  • Previous commercial driving experience detailed in your resume.
  • A safe driving record; you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
  • Well presented, professional, and reliable.

What You Need To Do:

To be successful for this role, pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test, provide a current traffic print out, and be willing to work weekend shifts and be flexible with start and finish times.
