Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related discipline
  • Expertise in governance, compliance, and policy development within regulated environments and ASX 200 companies
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks, including ASX Listing Rules and relevant legislation
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical policy solutions
