About the Role:
This role will be based in Melbourne, with a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation). As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for empowering injured clients to thrive through innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
- Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments
- Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
- Manage time effectively to enjoy autonomy while working on-site, in the office, or from home
Requirements:
- Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Speech Pathologist, Podiatrist, Paramedic, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
- Registration with relevant professional bodies
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or alternative)
