We are seeking an experienced Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the petroleum and convenience industry. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work public holidays.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and addressing customers in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Promoting loyalty programs and offers to customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Completing sales transactions using the Point Of Sale system
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Prior experience in the petroleum and convenience industry (desired)
