Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. This role involves working on a family-owned farm, where you will be responsible for assisting with the operation and maintenance of farming equipment and machinery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have a good understanding of mechanical principles and be able to troubleshoot issues with farm equipment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with grain harvesting, sowing, spraying, and general paddock work
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety policies
  • Completing general farm labour and maintenance tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a farm worker or similar role
  • A current HR Truck licence
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
