We are seeking a reliable Process Worker to join our client's seed storage facility in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities.

The successful candidate will perform various labouring duties within the seed processing shed, including bag filling, cleaning, assisting co-workers, and operating a forklift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Filling bags with seed and completing other shed-based labouring tasks
  • Operating the forklift to move pallets around the sheds and unload trucks
  • Assisting co-workers as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Complying with all site safety policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have previous labouring experience, preferably in agriculture or factory/processing work. A forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork is also important.
