Job Description:

This role combines leadership with technical expertise in software development. As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of critical aircraft operations software applications.

You will provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns. This includes expertise in areas like real-time systems, embedded software, or large-scale enterprise applications.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Java development, including frameworks like Spring Boot or others relevant to enterprise or real-time applications. A solid understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and development methodologies is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Java Development Skills: Extensive experience with Java, including frameworks like Spring Boot or others relevant to enterprise or real-time applications.
  • Software Engineering Principles: Solid understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and development methodologies.
  • Aerospace/Airport Domain Knowledge: Understanding of aircraft operations, maintenance, flight systems, or related aviation concepts is mandatory.
