Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Operations and Delivery Specialist to fill a key role within our organization. This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term position.

This role requires knowledge across all programs, including academic requirements, governance, course administration, and customer service. The successful candidate will efficiently and accurately engage students and customers with the College and onboard them to College systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling online oral assessments for students studying a Practical Legal Training course.
  • Providing support to the Team Leader to ensure the effective delivery of PLT programs at Sydney.
  • Ensuring that all enrolments and registrations and associated activities are processed within agreed service levels.

The ideal candidate will have two years' experience in a similar customer-facing environment. They must be able to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks under strict deadlines. Their attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when completing repetitive tasks are also essential.

Candidates should have the ability to grasp complex course eligibility rules, which may differ across states, and think creatively to develop innovative customer-focused solutions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as experience or the ability to learn systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Stripe, and EFT.

Requirements:
