Job Opportunity: Divisional Coordinator

Our Brand, Marketing and Communications team guides, protects, and amplifies our story. To ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and strong team engagement, we've created a new role for a Divisional Coordinator.

This is a permanent full-time position providing comprehensive support to the leadership team. You'll showcase your efficiency and organisational skills every day as you:

  • Organise meetings, workshops, and events
  • Manage document control, information tracking, and action monitoring
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor staff feedback and engagement
  • Maintain our SharePoint site
  • Assist with planning activities
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities
  • Support team communication initiatives
  • Act as a key contact point for team members

You'll support a close-knit leadership team with diverse perspectives who work at pace, in a non-hierarchical environment where everyone's ideas and opinions are valued. This opportunity allows you to grow your career, contribute to a large-scale organisation, and make a real difference.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, ideally within a marketing or communications environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with event planning and management
