Event Coordinator Role

ShiftCare is a rapidly growing technology company dedicated to improving care outcomes with innovative solutions.

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Event Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring successful events across Australia, the US, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement event strategies to align with business objectives.
- Source, scope, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless event experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support broader business goals.
- Plan and execute quarterly ShiftCare customer events in Australia.
- Work with North American sales team to manage their event pipeline, with occasional early morning meetings.
- Be hands-on at local events, overseeing setup, breakdown, and execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in events marketing with a track record of planning and executing successful events.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
- Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with international teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
