**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Lead to lead our engineering teams in the development of modern, future-ready technology and data. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who can design and implement strategic workforce plans, drive innovation, and foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large, virtual teams in a scaled agile environment and consulting with senior executives. They will also possess a background in full-cycle engineering, including experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of technical standards, processes, and practices within the Chapter Area
  • Designing and implementing strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives
  • Driving innovation and fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment
  • Collaborating with Crew Tech Leads to set trackable goals and metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience leading large, virtual teams in a scaled agile environment
  • Background in full-cycle engineering, including experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Azure
  • Strong leadership, people, and communications skills
  • Ability to consult with senior executives and drive innovation
