Cash Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Management Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the cash operations team, ensuring efficient transaction processing workflows, and driving business growth through strategic planning and process improvement.

About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our organization. As a Financial Operations Management Expert, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of financial transactions, including client fundings, withdrawals, and settlements across various payment rails and product lines.

  • Drive and oversee the complete lifecycle of all financial transactions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve transaction failures, discrepancies, and reconciliation breaks.
  • Effectively manage workload allocation and resource planning to meet operational demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial flow and cohesive client experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our financial infrastructure by working closely with Product and Technology teams.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a growing team of Operations Analysts.
