    • Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards
    • Supervise contractors and staff, ensuring training and compliance
    • Plan mine development and contribute to capital works and plant upgrades
    • Maintain strong employee and industrial relations
    • Drive continuous improvement and reporting across all operational areas

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in mining, quarrying, manufacturing, mineral processing, engineering, or a closely related production environment.
  • A proven track record of successful supervision and leadership performance.
  • Current licenses and tickets relevant to the position.
  • Knowledge of basic Accounting Principles and Budget and Cost control.
