Sand Mining Operations Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative mining operations at a site.
- Identify and manage Principal Mining Hazards
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and plant
- Lead inductions and training for staff and contractors
- Conduct audits and drive continuous safety improvements
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading mining, production, and operational activities across the site
- Managing scheduling, inventory, and maintenance to ensure efficient output
- Enforcing safety, environmental, and quality standards
To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget control. You must also have appropriate current licenses and tickets to drive and/or operate company-owned vehicles, plant, or equipment relevant to this position.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in mining, quarrying, manufacturing, mineral processing, engineering, or a closely related production environment. A proven track record of supervision and leadership skills is essential.
