Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Qantas Partnerships Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle of our Qantas Frequent Flyer content partnership, working closely with the Partnerships Managers to drive new long-term partnership outcomes and increase current commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the project lifecycle of our Qantas Frequent Flyer content partnership
Work closely with the Partnerships Managers to drive new long-term partnership outcomes and increase current commercial relationships
Plan and manage strategic Qantas marketing programs and Platinum One Event implementation end-to-end
Take financial and operational responsibility for Qantas Group
Act as the first-point of contact and conduit to ensure all requirements are met and pioneer the post-production, post-sales process and post-campaign performance
Manage client deadlines, budgets, content plans, and execution and measurement, encompassing several stages of client approval and reporting

Requirements:

2-3 years hands-on experience with either a content publisher, brand, or agency working in account service, marketing, or client production management
Proficient understanding of Google Suite
Proactive and solutions-driven approach to conversations with stakeholders
Experience in campaign trafficking and leadership role managing campaigns on a day-to-day basis
Attention to detail and ability to adapt and prioritise based on client needs
Financial savvy and strong understanding of invoicing and basic account-keeping processes
Genuine love of learning and ability to master workflow and accounts systems
Extensive experience writing in a professional context, including presentations, sales pitches, reports, strategy documents, and social media content
Ability to develop proactive and innovative content concepts for multiple suppliers or partners for owned and paid media channels
