Job Title: Digital Advertising Partnerships Manager

Paramount Global is a leading media and entertainment company with a global presence. We are seeking a talented Digital Advertising Partnerships Manager to join our team in Sydney.

This is a permanent full-time role that involves managing and executing digital sponsorships across our ecosystem, including 10 Play, social media, competitions, eDM, and commercial assets. You will work closely with our social, digital, sales, adops, production, and technology teams, as well as production companies and third-party vendors to deliver seamless sponsorship campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple assets, deadlines, stakeholders, and approvals across an evolving schedule of activity
  • Build and publish sponsored content using WordPress and other programs
  • Track, optimize, and report on activity where required, including comprehensive post-campaign reports
  • Contribute to brief responses and other market collateral
  • Help drive innovation via participation in brainstorms, research, and case studies to ideate new sponsorship opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in media publishing or agency
  • Proven skills in project management, including planning and organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to analyze statistics to extract meaningful insights using benchmark comparisons
