**Position**
Overseeing a small team and working closely with the Board members you will provide stable and effective leadership, ensuring continuity of operations, fostering employee morale, maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and laying the groundwork for the selection and onboarding of a permanent CEO. Reporting progress and advice to Board on all matters relevant to the operational and financial sustainability of the organisation.

The Interim CEO will have five main areas of responsibility, namely:

- Maintenance of relationship with key stakeholders
- Operations and financial management
- Provision of regular updates and advice to Board
- Support of staff in a transition period
- Maintenance of strategic vision and planning

**Profile**
You will have experience in a similar leadership role preferably in the not-for-profit sector or member-based organisation. You will be a compassionate and hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, be people focused and process driven, and will enjoy having a diverse and evolving role. Preference for education sector experience.

**Benefits**
- Salary on offer up to c$230,000 per annum plus super pro rata
